Hi everyone, it's that time of year again!

Our fall (annual) meeting and teleconference is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 8:00-9:30 AM CENTRAL TIME.

The meeting will be held at the US Sailing National Conference in Milwaukee, WI. I hope to see lots of you there, and speak with lots more over the t-con. More info: http://www.ussailing.org/events/symposium-and-meetings/national-conference/

Please reply with any agenda items you would like to add.

Also, please be sure you and/or your class US Sailing membership is current.

Please forward this info to your full contact list, the more the merrier!

Thanks.

Mike

Any chance we can find out more info on US Salings brand new try it out program.... This is their brand new program where they try to do a clinic for junior sailors moving from C420s to one of the high performance boats... F16s, 29ners or I420s....

I have been pushing this idea for a few years.. but the bottom up approach has real hurdles... the US Sailing top down approach will cost more BUT... the seal of approval from the Olympic programs should give this a lot of street cred..

This is one of those issues.. (juniors moving into elite competition on Multihulls) that transcends all One design class issues.

So... any details... where.. when... who... how... how often... etc etc

Not really an agenda item for our meeting, but a perfect task for the national conference. Will report back when I find out.

Good meeting and conference. Lots of potential and resources available, we need to start getting some concrete plans and banging out results.

Anyone interested in helping us move some very exciting things forward, let me know.

Mike
