Only issue is that old grumpy guy Tawd Hart lives there.
He's not grumpy he's just misunderstood. The price of ammo has come down so I suspect he's in better spirits. Nothing makes a prepper happier than when 10,000 rounds of .223 shows up at the door.

The 2015 Atlantic Coast Catamaran Championship regatta has been canceled. Registration for this event is not at the level that SailNC had expected.
