Took an Air Force S. Airman who was returning from oversees, and being re deployed to Guam sailing. Him and his dad had never been and wanted to go. Just got this thank you letter.

Hey Rich,

Sorry it's taken so long to send you a thank you, but better late than never. It was quite a whirlwind while Michael was here visiting, and as much getting back to normal now that he's gone.

Just wanted to thank you again for taking us out sailing. That was something I had never done before and it was amazing. Hanging over the edge on a trapeze line isn't something you do in everyday life. Really gets the juices going. Certainly a "big" check mark on the ol' bucket list.

Huge fun on a gorgeous day, thanks again.

Tim and Mike

Thought I would help promote the Australian A Class Nationals held 3-9 January at Lake Cootharaba, near Noosa, Queensland.

I brought back a hobie fleet! 134 smile
My H20 and 16 far left. 6 other cats couldn't make the weekend to take pics. Damon and I were the only active cat sailors here 5 years ago.

Decided to restore a 33 yr old G-Cat. Purchased almost $300 worth of fiberglass materials from a local shop. Keeping local businesses going. Can't wait to get back in the water and keep catamaran sailing active in Palm Beach County.

Taking people sailing on SunFish, at a small lake in N. WI.
Getting some of them to go at it themselves also!

Hi There
I am learning the basics for sailing in a 27feet catamaran
I have a question , is it possible to sail with ONLY the mainsail and without the jib sail?
Im asking because there is good wind at Mayan Riviera Mexico
but the Catamaran has no jib sail for now
thank you very much

Have not visited this forum in years, just posted for Hobie 21 parts. Sad day just took the boat apart and stored it after the winter season, located in Abaco Bahamas. Headed back to the states for the summer
