If you take the aluminum foil off the rooftops, windows and ceilings. You may get a better signal.

just FYI the title never mentions "racing catamarans", I think its a tachometer that's suppose to air on that show. Luckily I waited it out and Matt and Gina were the last segment.

The men were amazed, and said, "What kind of a man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?" Matthew 8:27

I recorded it and watched last week. Fun for us sailors to see cats sailing! Too short and a bit confusing to anyone who had never seen a similar process. These segments go by fast. They spent some time showing the foam core being formed to fit the hull. Some time on the vacuum bagging and resin infusion process. Then the final frame assembly. What did it say? 6 weeks to build a boat?

Wait, you're a gun-hoarding DEMOCRAT? It's too late, the aliens have clearly already done their damage and moved on.

I recall seeing kayaks being made years ago, not sure who the manufacturer was

Have they been to Hobie?

They should! (if they haven't)

Matt:

Has the Hobie foam core hull manufacturing process changed over the years, or is the process relatively static now?

Not a bad story, but that show could suck the mojo out of Hugh Hefner.

Windows Media Player will play it with a codec pack. I use K-lite.
