This one is interesting too:

Wonder what the durability and replacement costs of the "hulls" would be. If they sold these in US, probably have to wait six months for replacements to arrive. Which is about how long it takes to get some locally made parts anyway...

Looks like a good choice for just a day out. They do a good job of showing the assembly and parts setup.

The mentioned inflatable cat is manufactured by the Austrian company Grabner. I think they are already developing these concept for 10 years. With so far this wel-engineered product.
Grabner is a professional serious manufacturer and I'm quite sure that he can and will deliver replacements on a very short term.
(The Fedex planes don't like to return empty to the States).

I used to worn out my lifevests within 1 year, but since I bought a Grabner vest, I still use it already for 4 year! So my experience is good quality.

Interesting is that Austria is a non-conspicuous European country with some very remarkable inventions and good-engineered technical products. We all know the Rotax engine blocks (Austrian) which are used worldwide in all kind of vehicles. Small Airplanes, snowscooters, motorbikes, quads (Canam).

Another, at least in Europe, famous motorbike manufacturer is the Austrian KTM. They started their frames with Rotax blocks, but created their own engines now.
And I I've used for years a very good working snap-on non-skid snow chain system which is also Austrian. Spare parts were delivered to me within days.

So, no worries about quality, garantee and quick delivery.

looks like RIB floats.

Would be very good fun on a crowded starting line (no worries about carbon fiber repair) smile
