Seems like a lot of them use this chat site.
North American A-Class Catamaran Group
I have had some success with questions there but sometimes not.Maybe just bad questions on my part?

I am using 3mm. I have used 7/64" spec 12 for 15+ ish years. With the spec 12, I kept the boat rigged up 24/7. I believe I changed them out once. Didn't have an issue, just changed before I did.

Cheers...

Yes mine are 1/8" and seem to be in great shape, only a couple years old.I also leave my mast rigged but our season is only May-Oct.Thinking they will probably be good for another year or so?

Seems like most guys are now going to synthetic line even on there standing rigging.Makes sence for a lot of reasons. For myself Personnally,I like the convienice of being able to make up your own rigging. Also it is significantly cheaper.
