Winter, aka hard water season on the north coast, is a good time to read and study to better enjoy racing, or just sailing, this coming season. Here is an excellent source for lots of free stuff (look around, they encourage it) and for a $50 online racing rules seminar that is good until the rules change again in three years. They have other seminars for a fee but rules questions show up here from time to time so that is one topic I know people who visit here want to know more about.
