I'm in the process of setting up an Fboat regatta this year. I could make the entry fee include a membership fee or could try to create some interest if there will be some materials available to hand out.

Any idea when will NAMSA be ready to sanction an event?

I proposed sanctioning criteria which I believe will be discussed at the meeting on the 18th. I would hope we'd have something for you very shortly after that.
