and..... the trailer is up on blocks (about a foot off the ground) to keep weight off the axel and tires.

Thanks for the reality check. I will stop complaining. I am trying to decide if I need to wear a jacket while I clean my pool. Thanks for putting things in perspective for me.

Looks like you have a whole new boat design there -- maybe even room for an igloo.
