Very happy with the IO snuffer on the Inter 20. Have noticed most competitors in the Worrell use regular spinaker pole and a screacher on roller furler. What's the performance advantage to the screacher set-up?

I was at the Worrell, and saw NO competitors using a screacher. All but one (Redhook) used a conventional pole to reduce windage and potential wave damage, but ALL used the stock I-20 spinnaker. Under current rules, the boats must be class-legal, and this includes no substitution of headsail. Some competitors did choose, however, to use roller-furling on their jibs.
