3. Establishing availability and use guidelines of membership credits for Area qualifier events.
4. Promoting participation and consistency within Area events, including discussion of recent class association and member organization changes.
5. Discussion of current Championship Conditions, including crew requirements for Area events and Finals.
6. Open to new business from the floor.
