Here is the link to the NA F-20 --titled open F-20.

It is intended to provide a base targeted guideline and specification for existing 20 ft catamarans wishing to update and modify their existing catamaran race in Formula 20.
New sails as all boats require periodic replacement and their sq ft as needed and updated modifications like spin snuffer systems for all production type 20 designs with hope and intent of beginning a Formula 20 production boat class in NA -
http://www.lakelaniersailing.com/f20class/

For possible improvement --it lists min boat weight at 376 Lbs-

The 385 range min boat weight and 415 ,which reflet the existing listed 390 weight and 420 of most production boats in existence may be a better or preferred min, weight target.

--There are numerous ways to reduce boat weight ,--lighter blocks and line ,-synthetic stays replacing wire .-cf spin poles ,-lighter boards or rudder systems ,-refinishing hulls ,etc .

Boats over 415 Lbs are given the option of a larger jib and or larger spin . -

Ideally a new web site would be set up with more detailed rules info , modeled on the F-16 or 18 web sites -
Can any tackle this new Formula 20 web site.?

Here is the iF 20 WEB SITE in EU for comparison

I'd be willing to put one together along the lines of the NAF18 one, if you're still looking for help. If the EU Formula 20 site is the sort of thing that turns you on, I'll pass.

I've never done a forum before, but you'd probably be better served by linking here anyway.
