I've got that swivel/cleat set-up and it's a RWO I believe. I ordered it from APS right in your backyard. The Bracket looks like the tornado bracket. I had a hard time getting one , so I bought a Nacra 6.0 post from Rick Bliss and used it. Considerably less moola too.
