So I'm new to this forum, but I've been reading in here pretty extensively. Is there anyone in here from California??????? I'd love to get some contact info from any of you guys who are from California. We are located on the central coast and we have several boats.(More than we have sailors in fact) So if anyone is close buy, wants to learn to sail cats, bring their own boats, borrow ours, practice racing, goof off, or just have a fun day sailing, please drop me a line. Check out my website below, unfortunately i don't have alot of pictures of our actualy boats, but there are some and the boats are all listed. drop my an email and maybe we can get something started.

Oh on the website, click on the picture or the heading of the front page to enter(a freind told me that that is confusing)

Josh,

Yes, but quite a ways north of you - SF bay/Stinson Beach.
I actually sent you an email regarding rigging and pics.
It might be a worthy trip for a bit warmer water. Contact me anytime: timurfer@hotmail.com

There's a good number of folks in the Los Angeles area...I'm in Ventura county. Seems most ofthe local types hang out on the Yahoo BeachCats discussion forum...only some read catsailor.

We've been trying to organize event this summer...the first "Catapolooza" was a real hit and was held at the beach launching area in Long Beach called "Claremount Ramp". We hope to repeat this event at the same place on the 31st of July. All are welcome.

Mike.
