Does anyone have any ideas on how to easily and quickly repair a small hole in a mesh tramp? Tramp is on a N 6.0 w/diagonal mesh.

I'm trying to avoid removing it if possible.

Tramp was made by Sunrise.

Thanks,

AJ

I got a hole right in the middle, about an inch in diameter. I tried to grommet it, but it was too big and didn't hold. I just leave it alone, and it doesn't get any larger.

I've "fixed" several holes, cigarette burns, cuts, etc. I used "Marine Goop", and it works very well. I was careful to smush it up from underneath as well as on top to make sure everything around the hole is covered, even in FLorida sun and heat. Lasted 5 years so far, on 3 different cats.

Had a hole starting in a mesh tramp right next to a grommet - took it to a local canvas shop. They sewed in a patch for next to nuthin. Try your local guy for a couple of bucks. They did a square patch and double stitched it all the way around. It's been fine for three years.

Good luck -

Thank you for the input!

I think I am going to go ahead and remove it. It is a pain in the butt...... But the tramp is still like new..... So it is probably worth the effort.

This hole is approx. 3/4 of an inch across....

Thanks again
