My foot straps on my tramp have all ripped off on one end. What is the best method to reattach them...........a big needle and some strong thread?

I also have a small tear in my tramp. What is the best method to keep that from getting any bigger?

Thanks,

Joe

RIght, Hiking straps are the first to go. I don't use them anyway. Being tall the straps are too short for me, so I use the end of the middle tie rope and make a hiking strap out of that in the middle -- just right for my height.

This past week at the Bay Week Regatta my tramp completely blew out -- too much time in the sun. Had to order a new one.
If your tramp is ripping due to age, you might consider getting a new one. We have the mesh ones on our www.onlinemarinestore.com at a pretty reasonable price, although I prefer to pay a big more and get the Hobie factory type.

Good luck,
Rick
