http://www.disasterhelp.net/vflorida/BTW - Rick ...while I understand your opinion about the United Way , ARC, etc. all I can say is I have seen an army of Red Cross (remember....most are volunteers giving their time) throughout central Fla. this season. Gotta believe they are trying their best to help.
