Do modern boats, F16, A class etc. have rudder alignment adjustment i.e the ability to compensate or adjust the parrallelism of the rudders?

If so who makes the crossbar systems?

Yes.

Some plastic producer. All the builders buy the systems of some other company that makes alot of plastic fittings like handles etc. However I don't know what the name is. RWO is very similar in that it supplies alot of stainless stuff to other chandlers but the plastic stuff comes from another supplier. Alu crossbarred boats often use similar stuff.

Methode is often a tube in which a nylon rod is fastened by a screw. The nylon rod itself often has a snap fitting on the other end that fits to the tillers themselfs.
