Only seen this announcement of it. Never came across any pictures, any race results or ratings assigned to it. Never saw any pictures of the boat in real life. I did talk to the builder in, I think, 2002 and the builders were thinking about what to do with it. Maybe F16 or maybe not. Haven't heard from them since and they seem to focus on the F20 and now 18HT. I think this Eagle 16 is in sleeper mode as is the webpage. It announces that more is to come in 2002. That is 2 years in the past now.
At the specs given the Eagle 16 is not going to make an impression when compared to FX-one, New I-17's and F16's. I don't think launching it now is a smart thing to do. There window of opportunity has past.
