Posts: 9,582 North-West Europe | I know SS18 and SS20's. The Ruskies point those at the Yanks don't do they ? On landing they make a very big bang and they are currently reduced in numbers due to same wapons reduction treaty.. If the sequence of numbers is anything to go be than a SS 34 sounds like a very big popper to me. You got away quite well I would say. Wouter

Unregistered | Hi Stewart,
sorry to hear of your accident. Have fond memories of twilights on the Swan river on mono's, they never did like cats on the river. Remember well how solidly built SS34 are. Worked at Rolly Taskers for a while in early 80's when John kept sailing them around the world so many times didn't think he was going to stop.
Won't ask for pictures, I know it was to painful for me to post pictures of Altered. But you must get back out sailing. After a while the pain does lessen. I finaly have Altered back on the water. Hope you get yours back out. Excuse my ignorance what F16 hulls did you have. Maybe Insurance will help? it did for me.
Regards Gary. | | |
