Hi Fleet 204:

I'm still trying to take a ride to enjoy your party (greatest in all of the Northeast), but Jon an myself (Tiger and TheMightyHobie18) both are on the sidelines with bad backs (no, we were not together). You have the best organized Regatta I have ever been at, and I hope other sailors (new and experienced) make the trip up.

See you during the summer,

Wyatt

Hey all.
mad cat was actualy more wild than I [color:"red"] [/color] thought it would be. Sat. was great, aside for a capsise ten secnds after the start of the first A class race... Never use cheap foot wear! I took the skip right of the boat via a trapeeze slide to aft, and rev. pitchpole. "live and learn".
all carnage aside we still finished 30/33.
Fourth race "WAS" great, we were right on the heels of Wally Myers @ seventh. Jibbing through the down wind gate. Then the wind gusted to a reported "45"mph then stayed 25. 10 out of 33 A class 16's finished. We were not one of those 10.
Hind sight being 20-20. If we had crossed the line we would have placed well better than 16/33.

Guys,

If you didn't come, you missed a great event (as always).

When your the PRO (me!), it allows you to get into position to capture some great shots like the one of Walley about.

Last race on Saturday had winds to about 28 knots (measured), although those racing will always say it was blowing 50.

Sunday was a consistant 15~18 knots, and, just a 'bit' chilly.

Here are some of my low res pics: http://www.portcredit.net/gallery
