Yes, it's time for the twenty-somethingeth Island Hop, the annual rite of summer with appropriate debauchery

Race 1: start at OSYC, race to Horn. Get there, eat and drink. Choose this year's Ms. Horny Island.
Race 2: race back to OSYC, party after, with raffle (this means, bring money)
Race 3: weather permitting, race around Deer Island.

The casinos will be providing fireworks, and it's a helluva show.

Packed the RV tonight - pulling out tomorrow afternoon. Looks like my kinda forecast for the weekend... 'cept for those pesky thunderbumpers. Only a 30-40% chance of those and they usually stay inland over the hot asphalt.

Any chance of getting the GPS coordinates of the island finish location? I had it from two years ago, but can't seem to find it now...

Thats towards the west end of Horn Island on the north side. It's an approximate position but good enough until you get a visual on the committee boat.
