Okay guys Don't reply to the welcom post !

We are having trouble cleaning up the welcome post, so we decided to make a complete new post and make that one stick while unstick the old one and discard it into oblivion.

So please DON'T reply anymore to the welcome post ! Neither of them, not the old one or the new one.
