I hope someone can help me. I have a hobie 17 and im getting water in the tubes of my wings how is the water getting in there and how can I get it out. Can I grill a hole in the plastic insert at the end of the tube.

I have drilled holes in the plastic to drain and flush them out. Water, especally salt water can cause the tubes to corrode from the inside out.
