That explanation makes it sound as if the rudders are not aligned.., or you have the rudders on backwards.
From behind the boat line up the rudder straight with the hull. At that point the tiller arm should go slightly to the inside. On both rudders. If not, you have them on backwards. Just switch the port to starboard and the starboard to port.
If that is not the problem, Get the boat's stern in the air high enough to lower the rudders to sailing position. Mark the leading edge and the aft edge on a horizontal plane. Then measure between the leading edges of both rudders, then measure between the aft adges of both rudders. The number should be almost the same.
If not, HMMMM! We have a problem, Houston! The Wave has no way to make adjustments to the toe in, toe out.
