Dramatised reconstruction of the harrowing experience of a couple who found themselves adrift on a sinking catamaran. Juliet Savage and Timmy Attard set out in January of this year, intending to sail around the Caribbean island of St Maarten, but what should have been a two-hour journey turned into a nightmare when their vessel started taking in water and was swept out to sea

An interesting story about a couple who capsized a Hobie16 off St.Marteen and could not right it, they drifted for four days before they were picked up by a Tanker. They claim to be experienced sailors and the boat capsized because one hull was filling with water due to an incident before they left the beach. After drifting for a couple of days on their side they say they took down the mast and then were able to right the boat. It then took a further two days before they were rescued.

For a second there I had this confused with the 2003 film "Open Water" about the scuba divers... what a bad film.
