Seems like you would need survival grade drysuits.
I have a hard time going out when it is 50deg
Everything on the boat would be very brittle at those temps.

On sunday, it was about 35deg F in the morning, warmed up to 45 blowing 15-20.

I declined to participate in the day's events due to my old age.

It's easier to decide not to go out when the lake gets solid. No damage from the snowballs.
