I have been in touch with Frank regarding his post (see below) and trying to combine a Nationals with this event (probably the week and weekend after since weekend prior is Labor Day).

Anybody (seriously) interested??

PS- I guess I'm treasurer now, and since that's the case and we had opted to join NAMSA as a group we ought to discuss some "dues" sometime?

Both areas are great sailing. Ricks is a great place to sail with a big bay and beautiful clear water and that time of year usually has good wind.

Daytona and the Cocoa Beach area also offer excellent ocean racing while Cocoa Beach also has good sailing in the river. Being from the Florida I am ready to sail any of these venues!
