Hello Race fans,

If you want to see some video of this last weekends St. Thomas Rolex regatta, go to;

www.t2p.tv

You will have to sign up for a 'free status' look,...no problem.

The '2006 Rolex' is the near the top of the programs [ actually, there is alot of interesting stuff here]

Here is a very biased [mine] review of the 3 days shown.

FRIDAY
-nice shot of Tom and Scott [ St. Croix] on their Tornado[ the mast came down in the last race, they flew back to St. Croix and sailed over his I-20 for the Sunday races, a mere 35 mile trek on open ocean] -and the Puerto Rican H-16 fleet[ with a look at Kiki Figuroa raising his rudder]
- then a bunch of monohull stuff.

SATURDAY
- nice downwind start for the Beach Cats.
- great footage of Mark and Ullie [ St. Thomas] in their P19mx with FAST wild thing scene [ wind 15-20]..I talked to Ullie by phone, he said all they did was chase Doug[N5.8] downwind all day...but could not catch him.....looks like fun!
- shows 1st-to-pin shot of Doug and Jay [St. Croix] in a N5.8

SUNDAY
-no beach cat shots, so forget it.
- you can see what a 8 mph day looks like here and get a look at the bay between St. Thomas and St. John [ Pillsbury Sound]

There is a bunch of still pics on the St. Thomas Rolex regatta site, if you want to see more blue skies, Caribbean racing. Go to,
