Sounds rightish. The only other info I have is:

Min crew weight is 165 pounds for the F17 version in the US. Which should be right around the minimum to right a capsized boat unaided (outside help or righting system).

carbon mast 30’ 4”
Main sail is 170 sq. ft
Spinnaker 15.5 sq. m.
Spinnaker 18 sq. m. ( Class Racing Crew 230lbs & Up)
Wgt. 320lbs. (Traverse City, MI. Digital scales 2005 boat
complete)
Mid pole snuffing system

Compare those numbers to my boat.
2002 hull
Old square Aluminum Boom
Origional Pole End Snuffer
Origional, full depth boards (Not newer/shorter)
Origional spec rudders
Weight: 331lbs (Traverse City, MI. Digital scales, boat
complete)

I was actually pleased that the newer boats are close to the older boats in weight. Though I did loose one excuse...

This link shows Assembly day last Saturday when 3 of the new F17s leave the dealer. They went together as expected and all three of these have said they are coming to the first CRAM regatta this coming weekend at Alum Creek, near Columbus, Ohio.

Right now, eight F17 fleet members have said they are going to be at Alum Creek: Matt Struble, Mark Batchelor, Bill Gillespie, Bill Westrick, Mike Wisniewski, Chris Berg, Chad Schwall and me. If two F17 owners from OCRA join us, then it is ten F17s in the Fleet. I can't wait!

Find out more about Alum Creek here;
