Happy sailing weekend everyone.

Quick Statue Race update:
With one month to go till July 2, we have 60+ boats preregistered. There's a good mix across all classes, especially H16, F18, Inter20 and even two Reynolds 33...

There's two good parties planned and we have a couple of friendly sponsors (ever heard of Duvel beer?)

You can save some $$ and help us plan for logistics, goodies etc by preregistering on the event website.

The current race record is 2h45min established in 2003 on a Nacra 6.0 NA (Rick Bliss & Brandy Woods). The course back then turned out to be a straight reach round-trip.
Will the R33's brake the record this year?

PS - there is also the Ambrose Lighthouse fun distance race, the day prior to the Statue Race - so July 1st.

How can we see who's pre-registered?

we wanted to bring the F31R down, but some friends envited us to Monhegan Island for the week. Tough call. Just got back from NYC and a tourist trip to the SoL. What a place that is!

Hope you all have fun.

Looks like I'll be crewing on the SailMax.biz Reynolds 33!

One thing:

It seems that the F18 will be the biggest class this year. It is usually a contest H16/N20.

Hey, it is up to you to make your favorite class the biggest!
