Just installed the kit....works very well. However there is one point of concern. The sheeting angle from the block mounted on the spin pole to the swivel cam seems to be 'outward'

I did not think pop riv's could take that kind of load....

I would like to get some feedback from anybody else who has installed this kit...

Thanks

Had lots of time on the boat this weekend. The system works very well. One point of caution, the 2" distance performance gives for mounting the track does NOT provide enough clearance for the carbon snuffer pole. You must re-drill the end plate hole, or re-mount the spin base plate

Michael - Thanks for posting....I've been planning on getting one of these for my boat, too, since I first saw it at the New Year's Day race in San Diego this year.

Have installed the system myself, so was wondering what the opinion was for the correct clew plate hole that everyone seems to be using?

Rule of thumb:

The more wind, the lower the hole used.

So, are you working mostly in the bottom 2 holes?

I started in the middle hole and it just shut the leach down way too much. Minimal time on the water so far, so not much time to actually trial different positions.
