Hi my name is Ian i live just west of chicago, il and am in need of some h16 parts as the title says. I need a h16 mast mostly (have a crack at the bottom from the first winter i had it <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> ) and could use 2 jib blocks.. I have not found anyone selling masts in the chicago area online anyways so any help would be appreciated, willing to travel to pick it up within reason.. Thanks All

Try ebay. You can find everything you need. It just might take some time.

I presume the mast had water in which froze? If the crack is just a longitudinal split say 10" long, it would be easy to find someone to tig weld it up. The welding softens the aluminum but not critical at base of mast. Stress is toward the middle.
