Posts: 12,310 South Carolina | Terrific facilities, good racing (when the wind shows - about 75% of the time so far), and a great group of people. Power boats can occasionally be a PITA. Anything else? <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Posts: 12,310 South Carolina | Sept. 9th and 10th. http://www.emsa-sailing.org/schedule_2006.htmNo problem with the no-comptip. No problems with new racers...come on! Be glad to help anyway I can. I'm not sure but registration is usually 35 - 40 dollars.

Posts: 12,310 South Carolina | yes they are. This is a low-key event and is open and welcoming to all beach cats.

Posts: 471 NC | If you're suggesting that there won't be enough wind for you, think again. During last year's Cat Fest I remember the 18sq sailors getting a little nervous and the Isotopes pulling out early on Sunday due to increasing winds.

Man, that was a great two days of racing...missed out on 1st place by 1 point. | | |
