Who knows the "White Formula 20"? and where/why did it get a texelrating of 97 (nacra 20: 95)?

The report was in Y & Y last year or maybe even the year before. John de Vries is the designer and it is built by Rob White at White Formula. It has 2 extra asymmetric foils which slide diagonally into the hulls beneath the main beam. The SCHRS is listed as 0.96 in the report.
