Hi guys, I just got my beams back after having them re-anodized. What type of material should I put between stainless rivets and other stainless hardware and the aluminum beam to prevent electrolysis?

You just have to find a shop with big enough tanks to handle your item.

The beams cost me $100.00 each to keep them black. I think there was a charge for custom colors.

After the anodizing I sprayed them with an automotive clear coat. Now I need to put them back together abd want to avoid the possibilty of electrolysis between the stainless rivits and parts.

Look in the Yellow Pages under "Plating" you'll see some shops that anodize.

I've got alot of experience anodizing small parts for paintball guns, but huge masts?? Damn, that must be expensive [Linked Image]

you're pretty much going to have to get the mast to a mast manufacturer - the anodizing facilitis for masts are very speciallized (I have a friend who did that).
