Does anybody have a decent trimsheet for a nacra f18 (previous model, not the current infusion). our crew weight is 150-160Kg.

hi jake,

sorry for not using the right word ( i'm not a native speaker). indeed i mean a "tuning guide". since you sail nacra f18, could you give me some settings for making sure i have a proper setup for my mast and spreader setting etc.?
