If you are looking for the entry form, try HERE - for some reason, the GYC web site trimmed off the form you need.

Don't forget!!! NO BLANKS!!! Even if you are sailing a single-hand boat, you must indicate on your form who you intend to take to the Championship as crew, and identify an alternate.
