Wow! I've been thinking, watching and reading about this possibility for quite some time and have come up with my personal conclusion; F16 is just a fad. Remember all the hype surrounding the F18HT? Seems to me, personally(IMO), the F16 is heading like a precision-guided lazer bomb down the exact same track.

I'd say the F16 fad may grow a little momentum in Australia soon with both the Blade and AHPC F16s going into full production in the near future.

Well, yes !

They have to be midgets as on the road they are transported inside the hulls, not much room there.

They are also handy as ballast in heavy air, like at Area D qualifier.

A's are cool boats, I want to compete with them, not destroy them. If they had spis I would seriously consider one, even if they are not as versatile as the F-16s

So okay everyone, lets not forget to mark all your schedules for the annual Gulfport A-cat/F16 invitationals. The 4th already.

This great event, at one of the best clubs ever and anywhere, is scheduled for March 17-18 2007. The club will be open for set up and practice on the 16th.
