Anyone know much about boston whaler cats? pro or con? I'm looking at a 1984 19 footer. repies appreciated

I believe you are actually looking at a Super Cat which was built by Whaler for a while.

It's a SuperCat 19. Go to aquarius-sail.com to check it out. Bill Roberts, the original designer, is still affiliated with the company and occasionally posts to this and/or the old forum.

generally a great boat. tons of bouyancy. hard to pitchpole.



my one very minor pet peeve: sacrificial rudder bolts tend to sacrifice themselves too easily.

I found all I needed to know at boat show on the internet.com

by doing a search for supercat instead of boston whaler---Thanks again...
