Perfect weekend (if you had a dry suit <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />)
One thing I notice out there was that you had far to much main out during the gybes and was turning through to large of an angle.
In good breeze, agression and confidence is the key to a safe gybe. Come in with speed, pull in the main most of the way still giving the head a bit of twist, then bring in the traveller as you are turning through the gybe and throw the boom across by hand, easing the traveller and sheet as you come out. Be prepared to steer down if the boat powers up too quickly.
If you get down to the club early this Sunday, I'll have a look at your boat and set the trap wires at a conservative hight for learning. I'll also take you out for a run on the Capricorn and give you some pointers.
Cheers
