Can I get some tips from the folks that are familiar with this area about where to launch, sailing, organizations, regattas etc? Thanks.

Basically, there isn't any. An exception is at the County park on U.S. 41, just North of the bridge.

I guess you mean Centennial Park in Ft Myers? Is that where you go?

No, it's across the River from Centennial Park. Edison Sailing Center has their prams and 420's there.
