Warren Green is working hard to get a NOR out to you. As soon as it is complete, I will post it here and on the front page of the site as a headline story.
There will be some changes that could be quite interesting. It appears that the start will be at the Islander in Islamorada on the water and sail north to a rounding mark and then south to Marathon (different beach, too)

That could be good inasmuch as launching space on the bayside was starting to get scarce.
