I agree with Rick, the crease in the starboard bow is not good. The seller has no experience to claim it is "no problem". The bows are heavily loaded... never seen a Wave bow fail though.

The parts missing are certainly a concern as well. Again, the seller has no experience to quote pricing and what has sold on ebay in the past as fitting a Wave.
