Perhaps add the lacing eyelet posts that are used on the Getaway and 20. Then lace the tramp across the aft and do away with the straps. That would clear the top of the crossbar for a traveler.
Matt, can you list the part number and rivet size for those eyelet posts? I looked ar the Getaway parts diagrams, and those lacing posts are not listed. I want to perform this mod on mine to get rid of the velcro straps, as I want a traveller. I can post results once I do this. I am sure I am not the only one w/ an SE model wanting better sail control!
