Well, it's been a while since I read the "Rules of Sailing" and I'm in Dubai right now, my rule book is at home, but I think the official Rules prohibit switching skippers. Of course, this is the same organization that did not support having Cats in the Olympics so I am not so inclined to honor -all- of their rules, which is why I ask you all here, is it permissable to swap skipper/crew positions, with the same people on the boat, during a regatta? Has somebody got their rule book handy?
