Jake (and all...), What would you think about a regional challenge for the Tybee this year? I've been thinking about how good the distance racers are from New England, and want to challenge the other regions of the US and international teams to the Tybee this year. My thought is a reverse point system, where your region is rewarded for all finishers by not only the higher in the ranks they finish, but also in the number of boats that show up to do the race. Regions could include: New England, Mid Atlantic, Florida, Mid West and West Coast, and international teams. The goal would be to increase the level of friendly competition between teams, create a team approach that goes beyond the individual boats, and increase participation. With this method, Jake, you would be responsible to get Jack on the starting line! what do you think??? Chris
