Tornado plans can be found at:
http://www.thebeachcats.com/modules.php?...nload&cid=6Some more Tornado history I just found:
http://www.instructables.com/id/SOSD1ICF3SYTM0O/If you do build a Tornado from these plans, you must pay the building fee to the ITA (international Tornado Assoc), which again will reimburse Rodney March. Today the second hand value of a ply Tornado is so low that I would seriously consider some other and more common design like the Blade, Mosquito or Taipan 4.9. OR, if you think a bit ahead, one of the F12 designs. Check the Formula 12 forum for more about the F12 designs.
Remember that the hulls are cheap to build. Foils, trampoline, ruddersystem, mast, sails, lines, blocks etc. is more than the hulls if homebuilding.
