Not necessarily. Most of the 5.8's that still exist today were sold as non NA rigs, and most 5.8NA's in existence were NA upgrade kits. The 6.0NA in their robust years starting putting in the reinforcements in the front beams. It's easy to know if you have them, pop off the end cap and look inside.
