Funny thing about Spin cats in the Caribbean...
...the get burned out after 2 to 3 years and drop down in performance..??
...two St. Thomas I-20's walked away from their boats,...the P-19MX went back to non spin and the Tornados have been on the Olympic trials and are out of the area,...there was not enough to make the 3 boat minimum for class....
...good question on the Portsm rating,....I really do not know why,...maybe because our race circuit goes from USA to UK to Dutch to PR islands and this is the only rating everyone agreed upon,......who knows,..could change..!
